Update from Government Announcement 31.10.2020
Garden Centre’s remain exempt from closing and therefore we will remain OPEN during November 2020 with our usual opening hours in place.
All of our planned events; Sleigh Ride, Santa Paws and Santa’s Grotto for children will be going ahead as these are also COVID safe events.
These are the following measures we will be implementing to ensure a COVID safe visit;
Only one household per event per time slot
Masks must be worn by everyone over the age of 12 – unless exempt and with proof of exemption and this will be asked for
Temperature checks at event entrances
Hand sanitizer at event entrances
Track and Trace details being logged including NHS Track and Trace app available
Social distancing of at least 1 mtr to be adhered to
Maidenhead Aquatics will remain open.
Our Coffee Shop will be remain open until Wednesday 4th November – updates to follow.
For those customers whom are vulnerable, we are still offering our click and collect service and click and home delivery service.
Please ensure you follow the government guidance when visiting us; Hands, Face, Space, regularly sanitize your hands or wash them for at least 20 seconds in the facilities provided. Keep at least 1 mtr from other people in store.
