Q: Do I have to pay for all Children?
A: Yes all children require a ticket.
Q: What about babies?
A: The ride is not suitable for ages 3 years and under.
Q: How long is the ride?
A: The ride is approx. three minutes long. (We also need a few minutes to embark and disembark)
Q: How long should I arrive prior to my time slot?
A: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your time slot.
Q: I am disabled, am I still able to enjoy the ride?
A: Everyone is welcome to embark our ride providing you can use the two steps to enter the ride.
Q: What if I miss my time slot?
A: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late arrivals due to other guests being booked onto the ride.
Q: If I can’t attend, will I get a refund?
A: Sorry we do not offer refunds.
Q: What measure are you taking due to COVID-19?
A: Hand sanitizer is available at entry to the ride.
Q: Can we change our time slot and or date of booking.
A: We can change the date/time slot subject to availability. This will be subject to a £2 administration fee and only if more than 24 hours notice is given, please call 01322 224365.
Q: Where do I go on arrival at the garden centre?
A: Please head through the main entrance and turn left. The ride is located under the mezzanine.
