Welcome aboard! You’ve been specially selected to help us test out Santa’s brand new sleigh! Led by our very own D.A.S.H, you’ll be transported across the globe (and even into space!) as we give the sleigh a trial flight before Christmas Eve.
Hold on to your hats and antlers everyone, this could be a bumpy ride…
Seating up to 8 people, this virtual reality experience offers a perfect family attraction during the festive period! Housed in Santa’s sleigh lodge, once aboard, you’ll be seamlessly transported into the virtual bay using our HD VR headsets. Your intrepid journey will soon begin, along with the incredible range of motions our sleigh has to offer; two front fans and surround sound for a fully immersive 4D experience. Tilting forwards, backwards and side to side, the sleigh’s movements have been specially designed to mirror those of the full 360 degree experience, creating a truly festive feast for the eyes!

Q: Do I have to pay for all Children?
A: Yes all children require a ticket.
Q: What about babies?
A: The ride is not suitable for ages 3 years and under.
Q: How long is the ride?
A: The ride is approx. three minutes long. (We also need a few minutes to embark and disembark)
Q: How long should I arrive prior to my time slot?
A: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your time slot.
Q: I am disabled, am I still able to enjoy the ride?
A: Everyone is welcome to embark our ride providing you can use the two steps to enter the ride.
Q: What if I miss my time slot?
A: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late arrivals due to other guests being booked onto the ride.
Q: If I can’t attend, will I get a refund?
A: Sorry we do not offer refunds.
Q: What measure are you taking due to COVID-19?
A: Hand sanitizer is available at entry to the ride.
Q: Can we change our time slot and or date of booking.
A: We can change the date/time slot subject to availability. This will be subject to a £2 administration fee and only if more than 24 hours notice is given, please call 01322 224365.
Q: Where do I go on arrival at the garden centre?
A: Please head through the main entrance and turn left. The ride is located under the mezzanine.
