This pre-baited station is clean and simple to use. Simply twist the base of the station to open the access holes and place on a flat surface as close to the entrance of the ant nest as possible. The bait is designed to encourage the worker ants to take the bait back to the nest to feed the rest of the colony and kill them in the nest.

The Nippon Bait Station can be used indoors and outdoors and should be applied at the first signs of ant activity. Do not disturb ants when feeding. An effective dose is normally built up in 7 - 10 days.

The active ingredient in the Bait Station is Spinosad.

This highly effective insect powder will kill ants, cockroaches, beetles, earwigs, silverfish, woodlice plus most other crawling insects.

The powder should be dusted along cracks, crevices, ant runs and, where ants are invading premises, along points of access such as doorsteps, window frames, air-bricks etc.

If an ants nest is located it should be opened up dusted well with killer powder and then trodden down. If the nest is located in a position that cannot be disturbed, dusted the entrance liberally.

Nippon Killer Powder can also be used to treat wasps nests by applying liberally into the nest or apply in piles by the nest entrance. The nest time to treat wasps nests is in the evening or on dull days when wasp activity is at a minimum. Take care not to disturb the colony and do not return to the nest until all wasp activity has ceased.

It should be used in early morning or late evening when it is cooler and wasps are in the nest and are generally inactive. Simply hold the can upright, three metres away from the nest and spray in three second bursts, making sure that the whole nest is thoroughly wetted. Particular attention should be paid to the nest entrance or where wasps are seen entering and leaving. It may be necessary to repeat the application where the entrance to the nest is inaccessible.
