1.1 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on Hawley Garden Centre’s website at the time you place your order. Monies will not be taken from your account until the day of despatch.
1.2 No delivery will be made until cleared funds are received.
1.3 Payments shall be made by you without any deduction by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement or otherwise unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by Hawley Garden Centre to you.
1.4 We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with Paypoint.
1.5 To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

In order to fulfil any orders placed with Hawley Garden Centre we collect the following details:

- Credit/Debit Card statement address and delivery address
- Telephone number
- Email address – to contact you with regard to the order or if you are subscribed to our newsletter
- A session ID to uniquely identify you on our site
- An IP address to monitor site traffic and volume

- For statistical purposes to improve the website and the products we offer
