Standard delivery to the UK (including Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey and Northern Island) is charged as follows:

Total delivery charge will be calculated and shown in your basket and at checkout following the above table of weights.
However we reserve the right to contact you with a shipping quote and amend delivery costs should the basket not display the true and correct cost of shipping to your location. If in doubt at any time about delivery costs, please contact us.

We aim to dispatch stock items within 7 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) after the order was placed, subject to product availability. 
 
No orders will be dispatched on Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays – unless by prior arrangement at extra cost to the customer.
 
You must inform us as soon as possible if your parcel has been delayed or damaged in transit.


Delivery to a Postal Address

Deliveries are normally sent using courier services, and a signature will be required on delivery. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left with details about how to reschedule your delivery.

 
Returns & Exchanges

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Unspoiled goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned (at customers expense) within 14 days of order along with proof of purchase. Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please notify us of any goods that have been damaged in transit within 72 hours of receipt or no exchange will be considered. Please dispatch goods by Recorded Post or Parcel Force and include proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. Hawley Garden Centre will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.
 
Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in new condition. P&P for exchanges will be charged at our current rate.
